Robin Thomas, Owner
Inursha Fitness Personal Trainer Robin Thomas

Robin Thomas, owner of Inursha Fitness in Fort Worth, has educational background in exercise science, is a certified personal trainer and certified sports nutritionist. He is certified in baseball through the MLB Academy and specializes in Sports Specific Training. Having both coached and played baseball for over 30 years, he is knowledgeable and capable of working with athletes of all skill levels - from kids to professionals. In addition to his sports background, Robin was a national level bodybuilder, winning the title of Mr. Texas and finishing in the top three at the American Championships.

He believes that the better the athlete the better the opportunity is to become a great player. Physical limitations can prevent a player from developing into the best they can be. If a player can gain more mobility, core strength, and explosion, he will undoubtedly perform better. I can assure that the top players around the country are training on a regular basis and not just during practice.

Robin takes his diversified experience accumulated over 20 years as professional trainer (owner of Inursha Fitness, 2003-present), collegiate baseball player and professional sports specific athletic trainer into my programs. The programs that he develops are unique because they are based on knowledge from his personal educational background and experience.

It is his goal to provide a functional and safe program for each individual and give them an opportunity to be the best athlete possible.

Glory Thomas, Owner
Inursha Fitness Personal Trainer Glory Thomas

Glory's training style is ever changing with the needs of her clients. Her clients range from 10 - 85 years old, so there is a big difference in how each will need to be trained. Glory incorporates resistance training, pilates/yoga, plyometrics, and strength/conditioning into each session. Coordination, flexibility, and strength are key factors to reaching fitness goals. She will work with you to change your food habits that could be holding you back from reaching your goals. She will educate you on appropriate portion sizes and offer simple solutions to create new healthy eating habits. It doesn't have to be overwhelming.

Crystal's passion for health and fitness stems from the direct impact it has on our daily lives. Exercise enhances every aspect of physical and mental well-being and she strives to create training programs that help clients attain their fullest potential. The body is an amazing machine and you must incorporate exercise and healthy eating to keep that machine running strong! So often, people take their bodies for granted until years of neglect, bad posture and unhealthy eating take their toll.

Her main focus lies in creating muscular balance and core strengthening. Muscular imbalances can lead to excessive wear and tear on muscles and supporting structures if not corrected. Crystal keeps sessions innovative by incorporating the training philosophies of Pilates, Boxing, Yoga and balance training.

Paul's specialty is strength/conditioning and weight management. He has trained and competed in boxing and incorporates those techniques to produce fantastic results for his clients. He has worked as a Physical Therapist assistant and can train/rehab minor injuries that cause knee and back pain so that you never have to miss your workout.

Pete Alegra
Inursha Fitness Personal Trainer Pete Alegra

Pete received his certification from the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). He is also certified in Bio-Mechanics and Resistance Training from Cooper Clinic in Dallas and holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido. 

He began his personal training career in 2004. Since then, he has trained many clients with vastly different fitness goals and at all levels. He also trained clients in Cabo San Lucas at the beautiful Esperanza's Resort.

He has worked with clients that are professional working adults, athletes, home makers and even some celebrities.

Playing sports his whole life John has always had a passion in health, fitness and nutrition. John was born and raised in Dallas and later moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University where he studied Nutritional Science.

As a navy veteran, I discovered my passion for training and assisting others during my time in service. After completing my military duty, I devoted myself to acquiring as much knowledge as possible to make a difference in people's lives. I began by interning for F45, a prominent gym brand, and was offered a job, which I worked at for six months before joining UFC gym to take my training to the next level. After a year with UFC, I decided to start my own business, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. For the past year, I have been working independently with my clients, and the results have been remarkable. This opportunity has given me the freedom to assist my clients even more effectively. Amber’s training style focuses on strength, mobility, and flexibility. She has a wide variety of clients from 14-75 years old and each client has a specialized program designed just for them. She has trained people looking to lose weight, gain muscle, remain mobile and strong into older age, and younger clients with health concerns.  She also loves to train and has clients that come in pairs and tailors the time to their individual needs. Amber believes a balanced training regimen is key to staying healthy and remaining independent through all life stages and is integral to remaining strong and injury free.

Richard Blake

Richard Blake has been a professional trainer since 2004. His love of fitness began at a very young age after suffering a tragic accident that left him unable to play any contact sports. He turned to weight training and began studying the body, it’s functionality, and all that was possible to learn about building a healthy and inspirational lifestyle. Through out his training career he has worked with many high profile clients as well as celebrities such as Britney Spears, Hugh Jackman, Irina Voronina, Elias Koteas, Colm Meany, Kenneth Mitchell, Shawn Ashmore, Brady Tutton, Jesse Williams, Boston Tom, Billy Gibbons, Michael Carbonaro and Country music artist Liz Hill to name just a few. He and his pro-athlete wife Amber, have both competed in weight lifting, cross fit, and gymnastics competitions. Richard has run four marathons and works side by side his clients when pre-paring them for any competition, role, photo shoot, or helping them to maintain a healthy active lifestyle on a weekly basis. With an education in Sports Medicine Richard is also able to address specific individual needs, train around injuries, and rehabilitate muscle atrophy and cardiovascular inefficiency.

Amber played Soccer and ran Cross Country growing up. With a passion for weight lifting she competed in Power Lifting Competitions & won first place in her weight class in 2004. While living in Los Angeles, Amber studied and personally trained gymnasts for 10 years, while also finding a love for CrossFit training. She has experience training all ages. Recently, she has loved developing Youth in athletic training with Speed, Agility & Injury Prevention training to help pursue their specific Sport Goals and performance.

Josh Ramirez
Inursha Fitness Personal Trainer Josh Ramirez

Josh Ramirez has worked as a personal trainer with 10 years of experience and many ties to the Fort Worth fitness community. Before becoming a personal trainer, he studied kinesiology at Lamar University, learning how the body moves and the importance of the mind-body connection. He received my personal training certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association, and is highly experienced in circuit interval training, kettlebell, and strength training. Josh’s priority is to create trusting relationships with his clients, aiming to help them reach their goals and set even higher ones, all while keeping their fitness journey fun. Sessions will stick to the plan but also be flexible, incorporating activities like boxing and TRX to keep you on your toes and your whole body engaged. Josh also serves as an Ambassador for Lululemon Fort Worth, bringing the community together through fitness.

David Ramsey is a seasoned strength trainer and PNF stretch specialist with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. His journey began in the gym, initially pursuing bodybuilding, until he discovered his true passion for optimizing the human body's potential. Motivated by this passion, David became a certified trainer and has since coached numerous clients to success in bodybuilding competitions, achieving national qualifications.


Eager to expand his expertise, David relocated to Austin, Texas, where he immersed himself in various disciplines such as Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and functional fitness.   • We are seeking educated and motivating trainers with at least three (3) years of experience as a personal trainer.
  • We prefer trainers with their own clientele to conduct business in our facility as a sub-contractor.
  • We have been voted Fort Worth's best gym several years in a row.
