About Boot Camp Class

Boot Camps are for everyone at all fitness levels. Classes are held in small groups (6-8 people max) to ensure attendees get the attention and support they deserve. Each class includes a warm-up, strength/cardio and cool-down + stretching. Modifications are available. Classes are taught by Patricia D'Agostino.

Free Trial Class

You are welcome to try the class for free, limit 1 class per person.

Membership

Membership is not required.
Classes are not included with your membership.

Payment Methods

Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Check
Payment is due upon signing up for boot camp class.

10:00 am - 11:00 am

Cost

$25 (drop in rate) per session

OR $260 for 13 sessions (save $65 by signing up for 13)
