Boot Camp Class
About Boot Camp Class
Boot Camps are for everyone at all fitness levels. Classes are held in small groups (6-8 people max) to ensure attendees get the attention and support they deserve. Each class includes a warm-up, strength/cardio and cool-down + stretching. Modifications are available. Classes are taught by Patricia D'Agostino. Free Trial Class
You are welcome to try the class for free, limit 1 class per person.
Membership
Membership is not required.
Classes are not included with your membership.
