Michael Rippy (Yoga)
Michael Rippy is a Yoga Instructor who has been teaching locally since 2015. He loves hiking outdoors, break dancing, and all kinds of animals. He discovered Yoga in 2012 as a form of relief from anxiety and stress. At the time, he weighed 235 lbs. and was medically 60 lbs overweight, Michael began discovering the weight loss benefits of Yoga practice.
Relieved of stress and no longer anxious after losing 60 lbs in just two years, Michael swore to pay the benefits of Yoga forward and got his 200 HR. He continued training under the best Yoga Instructors and Schools in town.
Michael is known for his ability to make anyone feel comfortable, his fun class playlists, and his class intensity with just the right amount of ease sprinkled in.
