Lauren is the type of trainer that will warmly encourage your successes but still push you to tough new limits. If you need someone to keep you accountable, show you proper form, and teach you how exciting and fun exercise can be, she is the girl for you! Lauren swam competitively for thirteen years, and was a full-time athlete throughout high school. Swimming, volleyball, strength and conditioning camps and strength training at the local YMCA was the start of her health and fitness career. Continuing the pattern, she is now helping others learn how to live a happy and healthy life.
Lauren has experience with a wide variety of clientele but specializes in weight loss, strength training, nutrition and graceful aging. She enjoys strength training, high intensity interval training for weight loss, balance exercises and mind-muscle connection movements!
